Use anywhere
Works inside Claude, ChatGPT, and Cursor
As well as its own chat, Workout Chat runs a remote MCP server. Add it as a connector in any MCP-aware app and log your session in whichever AI you're already talking to. No copy-pasting, no second token to manage.
- One-click OAuth — no API keys to wrangle
- Log workouts, weigh-ins, injuries, and goals from any AI
- The same tools the in-app assistant uses
Safety
Injury tracking
Mention an injury in chat and it's logged — linked to the workout where it happened, with exercises to avoid flagged automatically. Check in on recovery and the assistant tracks the trajectory.
- Warnings before exercises that could aggravate it
- Recovery check-ins with severity over time
- Injuries resolve themselves when you report healed
Sharing
Post a session as a card
Every workout has a link, and it stays private until you copy or post it. Whoever you send it to can read the session without an account and without a subscription.
The link unfurls as an image drawn from the session itself — the movement it led with, and up to four numbers chosen from what you actually recorded. A lifting day shows sets, reps, and volume; a run shows distance, time, and pace. Nothing shows a column of zeroes.
- A 1200×630 card generated per workout, no design work
- One tap to copy the link, or post straight to X or Facebook
- Readable by anyone holding the link — no login wall for them
- Revoke whenever you like and the link stops resolving
- Never indexed by search engines, so it won't surface under your name
And more
- Instant corrections
- "Change the squat to 235." Or open the editor for full control.
- Bodyweight tracking
- Say "I weigh 185 today" and it's recorded alongside your training.
- Recovery check-ins
- Severity, sensation, and mobility, tracked over time.
- Works on any device
- Mobile at the gym, desktop at home. No download.
- Date-scoped chats
- Each day is its own thread, reachable from the sidebar.
- Your data, private
- Stored securely. Not shared, not sold. Only you can read it.
